Since 1916, Johnston Underground has manifested itself throughout the nation's capital. From busses and cablecars to ferries and trains, the typeface has become a bespoke signature of Transport for London. To celebrate its centenary I created a narrative specimen that takes users through a journey of type, following design cues from TfL's signage.
